Direct Deal Guide
Klysto helps buyers and sellers coordinate, but does not process payment, provide escrow, buy shipping labels, hold funds, or guarantee logistics, returns, refunds, or chargebacks.
How a Klysto Marketplace deal should work
- Buyer messages the seller from the public item page or app listing detail.
- Buyer and seller confirm price, item condition, what is included, payment method, timing, and key deal details.
- Seller may reserve the listing for one buyer while they finalize the deal.
- Buyer and seller complete payment directly between themselves.
- Seller marks the item sold or unavailable after the direct deal is complete.
Payment
- Klysto does not collect money, hold money, issue refunds, provide escrow, or decide chargebacks.
- Use a payment method both sides understand and trust.
- Do not share passwords, one-time codes, payment credentials, unnecessary identity documents, or sensitive financial details in Klysto messages.
Deal details
- Use the buyer chat to agree on the details that matter for the specific item.
- Keep exact private addresses and sensitive personal information out of public listing setup.
- Klysto does not buy labels, verify addresses, insure packages, hold tracking, or guarantee logistics.
Good seller closeout
- Keep the item page accurate until the deal is complete.
- Use the inquiry thread to summarize final price, payment method, timing, and key deal details before payment.
- Mark the listing reserved only when there is a real buyer plan, and mark it sold or unavailable as soon as the item is no longer available.
- Use reports, feedback, or cases when a listing, message, or deal appears unsafe, misleading, spammy, or abusive.
