Klysto stores feedback, case notes, and evidence links to help document direct deals. Refunds, returns, chargebacks, and outside-provider issues stay between buyer and seller or their chosen providers.
Seller Feedback
- Feedback is tied to a Klysto inquiry after the seller accepts that inquiry.
- Buyers may leave a 1-5 rating and an optional public comment from their private inquiry thread.
- Feedback should describe the seller's communication, accuracy, and deal experience.
- Klysto may hide or remove feedback that appears abusive, irrelevant, misleading, retaliatory, or privacy-invasive.
Cases
- A buyer may open a case from an accepted inquiry when a serious issue needs Klysto review.
- Examples include an item not matching the listing, unsafe conduct, seller non-response, payment concerns, or other direct-deal problems.
- Klysto stores case details for review and may ask the buyer or seller for more information.
- Klysto Marketplace does not provide escrow, payment processing, shipping labels, refunds, returns handling, chargeback decisions, delivery guarantees, or payment protection.
What Klysto Can Do
Klysto may review cases, moderate feedback, restrict listings, suspend seller profiles, or close a case when available information is insufficient. This draft process is not a substitute for emergency services, legal advice, payment-provider disputes, carrier claims, insurance claims, chargeback processes, or marketplace protections from another platform.
