Marketplace Policies

Klysto Marketplace is a US direct-deal classifieds surface. These product policies support public listings, while Meta eligibility remains unclaimed.

Seller Responsibilities

• Publish only items you own or are authorized to sell.
• Use accurate titles, photos, descriptions, condition, price, and location.
• Choose whether you are a consumer, business, or dealer truthfully.
• Remove listings that are sold, unavailable, recalled, unsafe, or no longer accurate.

Buyer and Seller Contact

Klysto public listings are classified listings. Klysto provides listing pages, messages, reports, feedback, and records. Buyers and sellers arrange questions, final price, payment method, returns, and any issue resolution directly between themselves unless a linked marketplace provides its own checkout.

Direct Deal Boundaries

• Klysto does not process payment, hold funds, provide escrow, buy shipping labels, verify street addresses, insure packages, or guarantee logistics, returns, refunds, or chargebacks.
• Use Klysto messages to summarize the final price, payment method, timing, and key deal details before paying.
• Do not share passwords, one-time codes, payment credentials, private financial details, or unnecessary identity documents in Klysto messages.

Enforcement

Klysto may remove, hide, or restrict listings that appear unlawful, unsafe, misleading, spammy, or otherwise inconsistent with these policies.
