Marketplace Safety
Use Klysto to keep listing, message, report, feedback, and case records. Payment and deal details stay directly between buyer and seller.
For Buyers
- Ask questions before arranging a purchase.
- Confirm item condition, included parts, final price, direct payment method, timing, and any return agreement in the thread before paying.
- Do not send payment details or sensitive personal information through listing forms or messages.
- Use caution with unusual payment requests, pressure, or inconsistent item details.
For Sellers
- Keep communication clear and item-specific.
- Do not request passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary personal information.
- Keep final price, payment method, timing, and important deal details in the buyer chat before payment.
- Unpublish listings promptly when an item is no longer available.
What Klysto Does Not Handle
Klysto does not collect money, hold money, provide escrow, buy shipping labels, verify addresses, insure packages, guarantee delivery, issue refunds, decide chargebacks, or manage returns. Use Klysto reports and cases to flag unsafe, misleading, spammy, or abusive activity; use your payment provider, carrier, local authorities, or the linked marketplace when those systems are responsible for a problem.
Reporting
Use the report form on an item page to flag prohibited, misleading, unsafe, spam, rights-related, or other concerns for Klysto review.
Formal Notices
If you believe a listing is illegal, rights-infringing, or requires a formal notice-and-action review, use the marketplace notice form. Klysto stores notices for marketplace review and moderation records.
