Marketplace Launch Checklist

Klysto Marketplace is product-launched for US direct-deal listings. Do not claim Meta Marketplace Partner Program eligibility until the EEA, inventory, policy, and operations gates are complete and Michael approves that claim.

Current Public State

Public marketplace browse is enabled only when launch country, browse, indexing, and product approval flags are enabled.
Public item writes, contact, reports, seller profiles, seller portal, feed export, and indexing remain independently gated and auditable.
/marketplace/availability.json remains the source of truth for current launch flags and conservative eligibility state.

Product Gates

Pick one or more real launch countries, including any EEA country Klysto intends to support.
Onboard real consumer-to-consumer sellers and real inventory in those launch countries.
Verify every visible listing has a public item page, seller identity, price, condition, location, contact path, report path, and direct-deal copy.
Verify no fake inventory, mock item cards, fake sellers, fake prices, or fake locations appear on public marketplace surfaces.

Operations Gates

Finalize marketplace policies, prohibited-items rules, safety pages, notice handling, report handling, feedback, and case operations.
Confirm notification delivery, sender-domain setup, and moderation staffing before enabling buyer contact at scale.
Run visual QA on item pages, seller profiles, seller portal, inquiry threads, saved listings, reports, feedback, and case flows.
Re-run backend route audit and production smoke tests before any launch flag changes.

Eligibility Gates

Do not represent Klysto as an eligible online classified ads service until public browse is live with real listings in the claimed country or countries.
Do not submit Meta forms, send emails, or make final eligibility claims on Michael's behalf.
Michael must review official Meta requirements while logged in and personally submit any final application.
